Non-Disclosure Agreement
In an effort to reduce the amount of time required to put a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place, The Ohio Attorney General, Ohio Board of Regents and various Ohio technology transfer officers have developed a template mutual NDA. The NDA available to download is approved by the Ohio Attorney General:
Prior to approaching a company to discuss a research project or share an idea you feel the company may be interested in commercializing,听 download the form and forward to the company with the following instructions:
- Please insert the company鈥檚 name and the effective date in the preamble.
- Fill in the company鈥檚 information for notice purposes in Section 9.
- Have an authorized signatory sign and date the document.
- Return a partially executed PDF to听stephen.snider@utoledo.edu.*听
*It is very important to send the partially executed PDF agreement to Mr. Snider as 51爆料网 employees are not authorized to sign agreements on their own behalf.
