The expenses incurred in maintaining the facility are offset by charging a nominal user fee to the individual principal investigator's research grants. The fee will be assessed on a per hour basis and will be assessed on the actual usage as indicated by log in and log out times as per rates specified below. However, industry users will be charged at different rates. The charges are calculated to cover the operation and maintenance of the instruments and repair costs incurred. The minimum charge is for half an hour. The charges will be reviewed and set annually. UT users need to fill out the internal application link provided above prior to using the facility. We offer competitive rates for the industry users. Please contact the Director of CMSC for further information.
